DEPOSIT REFUNDS
100% of the deposit will be refunded if cancelled 60 days or more from the event date. Cancellations made with less than 60 days' notice will receive a 50% refund, with no refunds issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
LATE CHECK-OUT FEE
$3 for every minute past your check-out time. See more details on the cleaning checklist given at check-in.
SECURITY/CLEANING FEE
$500: A cleaning fee may be applied if the event center is not returned to its original condition after your event.
