Event Planning

Event Planning can be hard, but it doesn't have to be. At Emerald Eve, we're here to make things simple and stress-free. Check out our complete list of everything you'll need to know for your upcoming event, including potential add-ons. Table & Chair Setup

Your reservation comes with tables and chairs, which we will set up for you, free of charge!

TABLES:

  • 15 trapezoid tables with wood tops. When arranged together, they form 7 round-style tables, with one extra half-table remaining. Each table measures 6 feet at its longest side.
  • 8 small square tables (card table size)
  • 4 white folding tables, each 6 feet long
  • 6 long rectangular coffee tables in the couch/lounge areas

CHAIRS:

  • 100 white plastic folding chairs 
  • 50 eclectic colorful chairs

Linens

Linens are available to add-on to your reservation! Just let us know how many you need, and we'll set them up on the chairs for you.

CHAIR COVERS: $150 Rental

  • 100 White chair covers that fit the white folding chairs
  • Silver sequin band or royal navy blue bow available

TABLECLOTHS: $100 Rental per set of 10

Arches and Walls

We offer two different arches for you to choose from, and best of all, they're included in your reservation! You're welcome to decorate them however you'd like to match your event's style. If you plan on attaching anything to the wood, please use a staple gun only. No nails!

ARCHES:

  • 1 metal rectangle shaped arch with a wooden canopy positioned outside the main doors
  • 1 wooden hexagon shape arch


If you'd like the indoor arch moved to a certain place, please let us know in advance. Thank you!

Full Commercial Kitchen

Don't want to deal with the mess at home? We don't blame you. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including two ovens, a stove, a griddle, and more. Plus, you'll have access to a fridge and freezer at no extra cost. What more could you need?

OUTSIDE CATERERS WELCOME!

Please note: There is no charge if you are using our kitchen space to serve pre-made food. 

  • $100 kitchen cleaning deposit
  • $50 to use our kitchen items (serving tray, water pitchers, tongs, chafing dishes, etc. Please bring your own canned heat)
  • $100 to use our dining set (glass plates, clear plastic cups, utensils)
  • $200 to use our stove, oven, grill and warming table. 

The kitchen cleaning deposit is refunded if kitchen is left clean.

Floor Plan

Are you a visualizer? Great! Take a look at our floor plan, with each square on the map representing 2 feet. The venue can accommodate up to 280 guests standing, with up to 150 guests sitting.
