DEPOSIT REFUNDS 100% refund if cancelled 60 days or more from event date, 50% if less than 60 days. No refund if less than 30 days.
LATE CHECK-OUT FEE $3 for every minute past your check-out time. See more details on the cleaning checklist given at check-in.
SECURITY/CLEANING FEE $500 This fee is not charged upon completion of the checkout list!
Add-ons to your booking:
Add $50 for electronics (microphone, projector, xbox)
Add $100 for all decor (lanterns, wood discs, chalkboards, pinecones, easels, etc.)
Add $100 for 3 hour early check-in. Arrange details with the manager.
Add $200 for kitchen package and extra cleaning fee $100
Add $100 for each set of 10 white or black tablecloths
Add $150 to use our chair linens (silver band/royal blue bow)
All Things Weddings Ceremony, reception, luncheon, dinner, etc.
We will set up the tables/chairs and tablecloths (if purchased) for you so you can just come and start decorating.
The wooden arch comes with your reservation! Just tell us if you want it on the stage or in front of the barn doors.
